WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?

We're open by appointment Monday to Sunday.

WHAT FINANCE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We work with a variety of brokers and direct lenders to get you the best deal possible dependent on your personal credit profile, we can offer finance for good or poor credit individuals. We can offer HP (Hire Purchase) and PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) on most of our vehicles - please ask us for advice on which option would be best for you. HOW DO I SECURE A CAR?

We can take a £250 holding deposit which will secure any of our cars for you for 5 days.

If happy with the vehicle upon inspection this £250 is removed from the total balance which we can arrange finance for if you wish.

If the car is not for you after you've inspected and test driven it then we shall refund you the holding deposit or we can transfer it to another vehicle we have in stock.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY WITH YOUR CARS?

Yes - all of our vehicles regardless of age/mileage will come with a 3 month warranty provided by us as a garage. We cover mechanical and electrical aspects of the vehicle such as Engine, Gearbox, Starter motor, Alternator, Differential, Clutch, Water pump, as well as much more. We can also offer additional 6, 12, 24 and 36 month warranties which have varying levels of cover to suit your requirements.

DO YOU TAKE PART EXCHANGE VEHICLES?

Yes part exchange is welcome. We will value your vehicle based on trade-in figures using Autotrader as a primary tool so we can give market based valuations.  See our 'Sell' page to get a valuation.

We can settle finance and arrange collection if necessary. If your vehicle is in a poor state of repair we can still take your car in part exchange however we typically instruct a separate company to come and view and collect your vehicle for auction.

CAN I DRIVE MY NEW CAR AWAY THE SAME DAY?

More than likely yes - we prepare all of our cars to a high standard before we advertise them including a full inspection, service, MOT and full valet. Please double check with us before you arrive to check vehicles are ready for viewing and driving away the same day.

DO YOU OFFER HOME DELIVERY?

We have multiple bus lines running and stopping right outside our site - we are also very nearby Temple Meads and Lawrence Hill stations in Bristol, both being a short taxi drive away. We are also 8 miles from Bristol Airport which is also a short taxi journey to our garage. Please let us know if we can advise the best way for you to get to us.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We can take a maximum of £1000 over the phone as a deposit and outstanding balances can be paid either by bank transfer, debit card or up to £7,000 in physical cash. We do not accept credit cards, but we can arrange finance.

Do you charge admin fee’s?

No, there is no admin fee's when buying a car directly through Quality Assured Cars!  However if you are using an external finance company outside our panel of lenders we do charge £299 admin fee.
